How do I schedule an appointment?
First, we will schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to assess whether my services are appropriate for your needs. If they are, we can schedule you for an intake appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.
What are your fees?
The cost of services will be discussed during our initial phone consultation.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
I offer both in person and telehealth appointments.
In person appointments are held in Madison, CT.
Virtual appointments are conducted using a HIPPA compliant platform.
